Last night we had family home evening. We're missing Amy though. The night started with me and Taylor knitting, while knitting we thought up the idea to make dinner. When that thought happened we thought of other people and Shabam! We have family home evening. Next time we'll have to plan it to make sure that Amy is able to get in on the action too. We had a fantastic night. It was me, Dale, Amanda, Taylor, my niece Jordan and her boyfriend Chad. Even Lucky was hanging out with us, as you can see. It was a fantastic evening and there must be more to come!

Ladies and Gentlemen, introducing Mr. Taylor.
Taylor came into our lives in the 8th grade. Him and Amanda had Math together, and alas the foursome that remains to this day began. The legend of all cartels. We've remained friends to this very day. We've all had our ups and downs, but mostly ups.

My Twins.
Being best friends with identical twins sure has been interesting! I love them both like they were my real sisters. Its been rough and fun at the same time. When there's just one of me and two of them...they both have two completely different personalities. Throughout the years, I've gone back and forth between the two as far as closeness goes. For instance, I'd be really close to Amy for a while, then I'd be really close to Amanda. And I'm close to both of them, its just it would bounce back and forth growing up. I would say I'm just as close to both of them now. Sure we all have our own little lives, but they're always there for me, and I'm there for them. They've helped me through some of the toughest times of my life. Whether it be when my parents were fighting, discovering my brain tumor, having surgeries, suicide attempts, and just plain craziness, they've always been there. So I say Thank You Amy and Amanda, for being my best friends for the past fourteen years.
I love you guys,
Maggy

The kitty and the bowtie.

So mine and Amy's relationship has usually been more peaceful than mine and Amanda's. We connected on that idiotic, hyperactive, don't care what people think about us dressing up in halloween costumes and going to the grocery store and singing elvis songs. We loved to tease Amanda and embarrass her at any given opportunity. And when embarrassed Amanda would walk away acting like she didn't know us so we would very loudly proclaim, "she's with us, she's my sister, she's here with us!!". We were/are the artistic ones. Creating the most fun dances, songs (the pumpkin song to the theme of Indiana Jones)....wait, we have to sing the pumpkin song now, ahem....
"Mr. Pumpkin, he is orange, Mr. Pumpkin has lines up and down, Mr. Pumpkin yes he's round! Mr. Pumpkin, Pumpkin, Puhuhuhumpkin, Pumpkin, Pumpkin, Puhuhuhumpkin, Mr. Pumpkin, Pumpkin, Pumpkin, Pumpkin, Pumpkin, Pumpkin, Pumpkin! Mr. Pumpkin has a stem and a bottom."
Dont forget to imagine us performing this in front of our 8th grade art class with a live pumpkin. Musical geniuses.

the winnie the pooh purse.
Hm...where to begin. Amanda and I are very close. As I am with both twins. Throughout our relationship of love, and adoration we were the ones who always fought. I think its because we were so much alike in the ways of more materialistic views. We fought over boys, we fought over clothes and especially one special winnie the pooh purse. But alas! We've always worked things out and are now closer than ever. We live about 7 minutes (approx.) away from each other and see each other 4-7 times per week (again, approx.). We have, however gotten over fighting about clothes and boys. But the winnie the pooh purse is still an issue. You GAVE it to me amanda! No takey backies.
The pictures posted with this blog hold a small yet treasured memory of getting these pictures done. The one on the bottom was actually the first picture taken of me and amanda standing there wondering if the machine was working. It was. The next is just precious. We look so cute and young, eh?

Rupert
RUPERT....
Rupert was Amy and Amanda's basset hound. He was the sweetest, most loving and slimiest dog ever. He was Amy's love (pictured) but we all adored and were annoyed by him. I remember when we were in elementary we used to run around the house just to get him hyper and to chase us. It was hilarious because he would never actually hurt us but he'd run after you and bark at you like you were an intruder. But it was a game we always played with him. He died a year or two ago and I was unaware of this fact (not sure why) and one day I went to the twins parents house for dinner and asked "where's stupid rupert?". Thats when Amy and Amanda told me that he died and I literally looked at both of them, back and forth, in a slight panic. I was about to lose it. I ran into the back bedroom and just bawled. He was our friend and he always watched after us and protected us. I love you Rupert, R.I.P.!!

Together since we were ten.
Maggy & Amy
Maggy and Amanda
Me and Amy and Amanda have been "together" since the 5th grade. Meaning we were ten. Meaning its been fourteen wonderful years since our tripletness began.
I made the story that we are triplets who were separated since birth. I just happen to be the non-identical twin. And it's the truth....
This is the adventures of Magnificent Maggy, Artistic Amy and Athletic Amanda!
